Privacy Policy
Last updated June 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Jina Elias Talj ("we", "us"), an independent developer, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MindBloom : Brain Garden mobile game (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
Who is responsible for your data
Jina Elias Talj is the independent developer responsible for the App and is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at jina.talj012@gmail.com or by using "Report a Problem" inside the App.
Information we collect
We keep data collection to what the game needs to work.
Account information (when you create an account):
- Your email address
- Your display name
- A unique account identifier
You can also play as a guest without an account; guest progress is stored only on your device.
Purchase information (when you buy something):
- A record of in-app purchases you make (for example coin packs or the
ad-removal option). Payment itself is handled by Apple or Google — we never receive or store your card details.
Advertising and device information (to show ads):
- An advertising identifier and limited device information used by our ads
provider to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where you have consented.
Gameplay information:
- Your progress, level stars, coin balance, and similar in-game state, so your
game is saved and synced to your account.
Information you send us:
- The contents of any "Report a Problem" message you submit.
We do not run third-party analytics or tracking SDKs inside the App beyond the advertising described above, and we do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or health data.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To save and sync your game progress across sessions and devices.
- To process and validate in-app purchases and grant what you bought.
- To show advertisements, including rewarded ads you choose to watch.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and technical problems.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Advertising and your choices
The App shows ads from Google AdMob. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized:
- On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency
prompt before using your advertising identifier for personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but non-personalized ones.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, we show a consent
message (Google's UMP) before serving ads, as required by law.
- You can reset or limit ad personalization any time in your device settings
(iOS: Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings -> Google -> Ads).
Our advertising partner is Google. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as follows:
- With Google (Firebase and AdMob) and Apple, who provide our backend, sign-in,
purchase validation, and advertising. The advertising identifier is shared with Google to provide ads.
- With the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) to process purchases.
- If required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety,
and security.
- In connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition), subject
to this policy.
Where your data is stored
Your account and game data are stored using Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) on servers located in the United States. By using the App you understand your information may be processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep your data
We keep your account and game data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your associated game data. We may retain limited records where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.
Your rights and choices
- Access and update: you can view and edit your profile in the App.
- Delete your account: in the App, go to Profile -> Delete Account. This
permanently and irreversibly removes your account and game progress.
- Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may
have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at jina.talj012@gmail.com.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us at jina.talj012@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Security
We protect your data in transit using encryption (HTTPS/TLS), restrict access to authoritative systems, and protect administrative access with multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
